“I am writing to express my compete satisfaction with a bulk order of the Sound Feelings vintage advertising click pens. Periodically over the past 20 years, our non-profit has ordered batches of pens with our logo. The pens have always been made in China, and while they often look OK, they never really provided satisfaction as pens–ink flow was often sporadic, and life-span short. We recently ordered 250 vintage click pens from Howard, and we are delighted with them. He worked with us on getting our logo graphics perfectly onto the pen, so they look terrific. “I found an old pen of a company that I worked for and loved. Of course the ink dried out and it did not write. I searched stores and then took to the internet when lo and behold I found Howard Richman and his many companies. They had the refill and I ordered some in fact I placed 2 orders by mistake….gave the wrong billing address and just kept doing things wrong. Howard took the time to call me share my miscues and then via email corrected everything! Four days later my refills were in my mailbox and now I can use the pen from the 80’s all over again!! “I had a Hoffman Richter Tactical Pen which I could not use because the spring was missing. I determined that the refill was a Parker QuinkFlow Ink Refill for Ballpoint Pens, Medium Point, Black and contacted Parker Pens to ask if I could purchase a spring that would work in their pens. Parker Pen Company referred me to www.ballpoint-pen-springs.com and there I learned more about springs than I had ever imagined and was able to order an appropriate spring (The BPS4). The order was shipped the same day I ordered it and arrived really quickly! It worked perfectly in the pen I had purchased it for and made it possible to use that pen.
